Tarun Ramayya, MD

Dr. Tarun Ramayya is board certified in cardiovascular disease specializing in preventative cardiology and multimodality cardiac imaging. 

His philosophy of care embraces a holistic approach, recognizing that health extends beyond medications and procedures. Dr. Ramayya emphasizes the importance of both mental and physical wellness as essential components in treating the patient and crafting individualized care plans.

Motivated by a profound sense of gratitude, Dr. Ramayya considers it a privilege to care for his patients and is committed to building genuine, lasting relationships with them. He finds fulfillment in knowing that his work has made a meaningful difference in their lives.

Having grown up in South Georgia and after completing his undergraduate education at Emory University, his medical school training at Medical College of Georgia and his advanced cardiology training at Washington University in St Louis, Dr. Ramayya returned to Georgia where he has a strong connection and feels passionate about helping the people in this community.

When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Ramayya spending time with family, hiking, going to the zoo and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons!
