Murti Patel, MD

Dr. Murti Patel is a board-certified cardiologist practicing in the Atlanta area, with expertise in noninvasive cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, women’s cardiovascular disease, and cardio-oncology. She is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography.

She completed her fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, one of the nation’s leading heart programs. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she received the Joyce Olutade Student Clinician Award for excellence in patient care, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University. She combines this rigorous training with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, with the goal of delivering advanced, evidence-based cardiovascular care.
