Yianna Gabrielle Manolakis, CNP

Yianna is a Georgia native and has lived in Forsyth County since 1998. She completed her undergraduate studies at Gainesville State College in Oakwood, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. Yianna then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2015 with a concentration in Family Medicine while she was working as a registered nurse at Northside Hospital Forsyth. She has worked at both Northside Forsyth and Northside Cherokee as a medical and post-surgical nurse. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner has been in both primary and urgent care settings. Yianna enjoys seeing patients of all ages, especially geriatrics and the underserved. Her passion is to provide compassionate, quality care to all of the patients that she serves. In her free time, Yianna enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling and spoiling her dog, Bentley.
