Yi Dong, MD

Dr. Dong is a board-certified specialist in internal medicine and a dedicated medical oncologist. He provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and evidence-based approach to cancer treatment. His expertise extends to blood disorders, with a particular interest and specialized training in conditions such as anemia, clotting and bleeding disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

Moved by the struggles and challenges faced by cancer patients and their loved ones, especially during the pandemic, Dr. Dong chose to practice community oncology. He is committed to being a frontline healer for cancer patients, providing unwavering support and advocacy throughout their cancer journey.

When he’s not working, Dr. Dong enjoys cooking seafood and barbecue for family and friends. He cherishes spending time with his children in various activities and sports. One of his personal goals is to visit two national parks every year.
