Theresa Penna Kemmerer, CNP

Terri Kemmerer, NP-C, CDCES, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who helps patients successfully manage diabetes through education, technology and personalized care. Her clinical expertise includes diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and helping patients overcome barriers to treatment.

Terri believes education empowers patients to take control of their health. She works closely with individuals and families to simplify diabetes management, improve access to medications and technology, and build confidence in everyday self-care. Inspired by her own family's experience with Type 1 diabetes, she is passionate about helping patients live healthier, fuller lives.

Outside of work, Terri enjoys participating in Dragon Boat racing and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
