Theresa Lynn Motley, CNP

Theresa Motley, NP is a pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in acute and primary care. She has six years of experience in pediatric surgery and has provided nursing care internationally in South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo, supporting children and families in underserved communities.

Theresa is dedicated to delivering compassionate, family-centered care, guiding children and their families through every stage of treatment, recovery and long-term health management. She emphasizes evidence-based practice, quality improvement and creating a supportive, inclusive environment for patients and families. In addition, she enjoys mentoring and educating fellow healthcare providers, sharing her experience to advance pediatric care both locally and globally.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys running, golfing, traveling, hiking and swimming, and she is pursuing a personal goal of completing a half marathon on every continent—she has completed three so far with four more to go.
