About the Provider
Dr. Spencer Liu is committed to providing compassionate, individualized cardiovascular care tailored to each patient’s needs. As an interventional cardiologist, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, cardiogenic shock, and advanced heart failure. His clinical interests include the use of innovative devices to improve patient outcomes and expand treatment options for critical cardiac patients. Dr. Liu is dedicated to establishing lifelong partnerships with his patients.
Dr. Liu completed his medical training at distinguished institutions, including an internal medicine residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, followed by fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology through Tufts Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new cultures through cooking and traveling, staying active through exercise and fitness, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
