Sophie Wilks, CNP

Sophie Wilks, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner providing primary care with clinical interests in preventive care, endocrine disorders, cardiovascular health, health literacy and patient empowerment. Her training includes caring for patients across the lifespan, and her nursing background in neonatal intensive care strengthened her skills in critical thinking, complex care and building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Sophie believes patients should feel empowered to make educated and informed decisions about their health. She emphasizes preventive medicine and partners with patients to provide the knowledge and tools they need to support their long-term health and wellness. Known for her thoughtful, compassionate approach, Sophie values building relationships with her patients and helping them feel supported and confident in their care.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys running, playing tennis, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
