Shandareda Chantay Cavazos, PAC

Shandareda Cavazos is a certified physician assistant (PA) with more than 19 years of experience.

Shandareda's love of women's health began in 2000 when she worked in case management, counseling and locating stable housing for single mothers. She has more than seven years in providing gynecologic care, with a subspecialty emphasis on high-risk pregnancy and fetal abnormalities. Additional work focused on nutrition, diabetic education, anticoagulation injection training and postnatal care.

As a PA, Shandareda assists the breast surgeons as first assist, provides postoperative follow-up and breast exams and performs and interprets sonographic and mammographic findings.

Her focus is providing the best quality of care, preventative education, wellness exams and management of breast cancer and breast disorders.
