Samantha Lewis, MS, RN, NP-C attended North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega, GA, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, as well as her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia. Prior to joining Internal Medicine Associates of Johns Creek, she served as an Associate Clinical Instructor at the Auburn University School of Nursing and as a Staff Nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
