Salimah Chagani, CNP

Salimah Chagani is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner FNP. Ms. Chagani finished her Bachelors in Science and Nursing degrees from Aga Khan University Hospital in Pakistan. She worked as a Nurse Clinician and Clinical educator at critical care of Emory University Hospital and Northside Hospital for 10 years. She then completed her Master degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University. She gained her clinical expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner by working with adult and pediatric population for several year. She joined North Georgia Diabetes and Endocrinology Practice in 2018. She is currently engaged with American Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP) and United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia- Local Chapter (UAPRN).
