About the Provider
Dr. Allen joined Georgia Urology–Gwinnett in 1995. A native of Elberton, Georgia, he earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Clark Atlanta University, where he also conducted research in cell and molecular biology at the University of Rochester.
He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Allen completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
He serves on several hospital committees focused on maintaining high standards of patient care and holds staff privileges at Northside Gwinnett Hospital.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Allen enjoys music.
