Patricia Bird, CNP

Patricia Anne Bird is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide family-centered health care to patients of all ages. She began her nursing career over 30 years ago and has extensive experience across hospital, clinic, and private practice settings.

Patricia provides comprehensive care that includes preventive health services, chronic disease management, and episodic care for patients of all ages. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and building long-term relationships that make a meaningful impact on their lives.

She began her career as a nurse practitioner with Gwinnett Hospital System in 1998 and has been a valued member of the Gwinnett Family Medical Care team for more than two decades.

Patricia is committed to treating the whole person through patient-centered, evidence-based care. She believes in lifelong learning to continuously expand her knowledge and skills, ultimately improving patient outcomes and positively influencing care delivery.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending quality time with her family.
