Patricia Anne Hagerman, PAC

Patti Hagerman, PA-C, MMSc is a board-certified physician assistant at Covenant Family Medicine. Patti completed the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University where she received her Master of Medical Science degree.

Patti has a passion for meeting patients where they are and working as a team in order to reach the best health outcome. Her philosophy of care is grounded in having patients perform their own "healthcare", meaning that diet, exercise and your body's own ability to heal should accomplish the majority of health maintenance. Her goal is to lead patients toward self-directed healthcare.

She became a PA after meeting a group of PAs while serving in the Peace Corps. "I was struck by their competence as well as their compassionate care. The thing I enjoy most about seeing patients everyday is learning all of their amazing stories. I am constantly in awe and humbled by the strength, diversity and resilience of the Gwinnett community."

Patti loves music, singing, guitar, cycling, reading and knitting. She has two boys who play ice hockey which keep her family very busy.
