Mianna Mantooth Smith, CNP

Mia Smith, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management and weight management. She provides annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, care for acute and chronic conditions, medication management and health counseling. Her background in maternity and obstetric nursing has also given her extensive experience caring for women and families through significant life transitions.

Mia believes the best healthcare begins with listening. She takes time to understand each patient’s needs, explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and provide education that empowers patients to make informed decisions about their health. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and finds it especially rewarding to see their progress over time.
