Mark Aaron Matthews, MD

Dr. Mark Matthews is a board-certified physician in cardiovascular disease. He specializes in the latest in noninvasive cardiovascular imaging, such as nuclear cardiology and TEE as well as 3D Echocardiography. Dr. Matthews’ clinical interests also include valvular heart disease and cardiovascular disease prevention. He believes in a patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care, and will spend the necessary time to help his patients navigate their difficult clinical problems and get on a path to optimal cardiovascular health. Dr. Matthews prioritizes staying on top of the newest therapies and clinical trials in his rapidly developing field and maintaining good communication with his patients and their primary care physicians.

In his free time, Dr. Matthews enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, traveling and F1 racing.
