Jose Stolovitzky, MD

Pablo Stolovitzky, MD, is a nationally and internationally recognized otolaryngologist and rhinology expert whose career brings together clinical innovation, academic medicine, and leadership in the specialty. He currently serves as President of the PanAmerican Association of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, representing national otolaryngology societies across the Americas, and as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Emory University. His contributions to patient care and the profession have been recognized with major honors from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), including the 2025 Practitioner of Excellence Award and the Hall of Distinction Award.

Leadership has been a defining part of Dr. Stolovitzky’s career. Within the AAO-HNS, he has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and previously chaired the Board of Governors. He is also a Past President of both the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Metro Atlanta Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His additional honors include the AAO-HNS Distinguished Honor Award and Board of Governors Chair Award, as well as the Georgia Society’s Excellence in Teaching Award and Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also been consistently recognized among the best doctors in America and America’s Top Doctors.

At the center of his work, however, is patient care. Dr. Stolovitzky specializes in complex nasal, sinus and allergy disorders, with particular expertise in chronic sinusitis, nasal airway obstruction, Eustachian tube dysfunction, post-nasal drainage, and nasal polyps. He offers a broad range of advanced treatments, including balloon-based procedures, minimally invasive office-based therapies and steroid-eluting sinus implants, tailoring treatment to each patient’s specific condition and goals.
Dr. Stolovitzky’s clinical practice is closely connected to research, education, and innovation. He remains actively involved in advancing new approaches to the treatment of nasal and sinus disease and in educating physicians in modern rhinologic care. His relationship with Emory began with his residency training in otolaryngology and continues today through his faculty role and ongoing commitment to physician education.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Stolovitzky enjoys scuba diving, snow skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
