Jeremy Wells, MD

Dr. Jeremy Clady Wells is a board-certified physician specializing in medical oncology and hematology. He provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of cancers and blood disorders.

Dr. Wells is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while helping patients navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. He takes time to listen, educate and ensure each patient understands their diagnosis and treatment plan.

Having experienced the impact of cancer within his own family, Dr. Wells knows first-hand what it's like to watch a loved one struggle with the emotional turmoil of a cancer diagnosis, as well as the day-to-day physical consequences of living with cancer. He values building meaningful relationships with patients and their families and considers it a privilege to support them through treatment and recovery.

A resident of Oconee County, Dr. Wells enjoys the Athens area's strong sense of community and family-friendly atmosphere. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching youth sports, traveling and cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
