Jennifer Ann Sweigart, PAC

University of Central Florida, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science with a concentration in Athletic Training. She later attended Augusta University, formerly known as the Medical College of Georgia and received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is Board Certified and holds a Georgia License for Physician Assistants. 

Jennifer decided to combine her desire to help others with her love of science & medicine. Athletic Training became an interest when she was young while watching hockey with her grandfather. Jennifer is excited to combine her experience in orthopedics and neurology to serve the physical medicine & rehab / sports medicine community at Sports Medicine South of Gwinnett. 

Jennifer lives in Gainesville with her rescues, 2 labs and, the latest addition, a tuxedo cat. She enjoys spending time with her animals, visiting family, hiking, reading, home renovations, antiquing and spoiling her nieces & nephews. Jennifer is active in her local church, where she helps with outreach for shut-ins.
