About the Provider
Dr. Jeffrey Reznik is board-certified in Family Medicine and specializes in preventative health care among patients of all ages from infants to seniors. He also treats adults and adolescents with developmental disabilities. This experience encourages him to think more creatively when working with all his patients.
As a Georgia native, Dr. Reznik has ties to many of the different communities in the area and is excited to be a part of the growing Brookhaven neighborhood. He aims to develop long-term relationships with his patients by establishing mutual trust and respect. He feels that sharing informed medical decisions will promote the best health possible for his patients.
Using a patient-centered approach to medical care, Dr. Reznik provides comprehensive and compassionate care throughout all stages of life. In his spare time, Dr. Reznik is an avid reader, music fan, and enjoys exercising. He considers himself an amateur chef and regularly cooks at home with his wife and children.
