Jasmine Patel, CNP

Jasmine Patel, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive pulmonary care with a special interest in chronic respiratory diseases and sleep-related disorders. She has experience evaluating and managing a wide range of pulmonary conditions while partnering with patients to improve respiratory health and overall well-being. Jasmine is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on patient education, preventive care and personalized treatment plans. Her background in critical care nursing and gastroenterology provides a strong clinical foundation and a collaborative approach to caring for patients with complex medical needs.

Jasmine believes exceptional care begins with listening to each patient's concerns and ensuring they feel informed and involved in every decision about their health. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their symptoms and goals while building lasting relationships based on trust and open communication. She finds it especially rewarding to see patients make progress over time and improve their quality of life through thoughtful, individualized care. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
