Heather Ann Menees, CNP

Heather Menees, MS, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience providing comprehensive outpatient internal medicine and primary care. She cares for adults across all stages of life, with clinical interests in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women’s health, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, lifestyle medicine, wellness and mental health.

Heather is passionate about helping patients achieve their best health through personalized, evidence-based care. She has extensive experience managing complex patient populations and developing long-term relationships that support patients through every stage of their healthcare journey. Her approach emphasizes trust, open communication and collaboration, ensuring patients feel heard, informed and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Known for her compassionate and patient-centered style, Heather strives to create a welcoming environment where individuals feel respected and supported. She enjoys educating patients, helping them navigate health challenges and partnering with them to make confident healthcare decisions.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, focusing on fitness and wellness, exploring new restaurants and local events, and participating in outdoor activities. She is proud to serve patients throughout the Forsyth and North Fulton communities.
