Gregory Paul Morgan, MD

Dr. Gregory Morgan grew up in Florida before his family relocated to Dawsonville in 2006. He graduated from Dawson County High School and then attended University of North Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Dr. Morgan earned a Master of Science in Preclinical Sciences degree from Mercer University before attending medical school. In 2019, he graduated with honors from Mercer University School of Medicine with his Medical Doctor degree as a Primary Care Accelerated Track Scholar.

Dr. Morgan completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA. During his training, he received the Physician’s Physician Award and the Clinic Resident of the Year Award. He is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Morgan is married with one son. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis. He is also is an avid hiker and enjoys playing music. He and his family are excited to return to North Georgia and to Northside Hospital where he worked as certified nursing assistant throughout college.
