Glory Abuajah, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience providing primary care, preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She has extensive experience caring for patients with hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease and cardiovascular conditions, with a strong emphasis on wellness, education and healthy lifestyle changes.
Glory believes patient education is the foundation of better health. She partners closely with patients to help them understand their conditions, prevent disease progression and take an active role in their healthcare. Through compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration with the healthcare team, she strives to improve health outcomes and support long-term wellness.
