Gerald Allen Feuer, MD

Dr. Gerald Feuer is one of the world’s most experienced robotic gynecologic surgeons and an internationally recognized leader in gynecologic oncology. A board-certified gynecologic oncologist with more than 30 years of experience, he has dedicated his career to providing advanced, compassionate care for women facing gynecologic cancers and other complex conditions.

Dr. Feuer specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cervical cancer, endometrial and uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, and other challenging gynecologic malignancies. He is a pioneer in minimally invasive robotic gynecologic oncology surgery and has performed more than 6,000 robotic procedures. His extensive experience and advanced proficiency with the da Vinci® Surgical System allow him to approach complex operations with exceptional precision and careful attention to each patient’s individual needs.

A significant focus of Dr. Feuer’s work is expanding the appropriate use of minimally invasive surgery in ovarian cancer care. He has extensive experience using robotic techniques to stage and debulk carefully selected ovarian cancer cases. This specialized approach enables many eligible patients to benefit from smaller incisions, less postoperative discomfort, and a potentially shorter recovery while maintaining the comprehensive surgical management required for their diagnosis. Treatment recommendations are individualized according to the patient’s condition, cancer type and stage, medical history, and overall treatment goals.
