Feona Rose Lawrence, CNP

Feona Lawrence, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology and comprehensive endocrine care. She has a special interest in diabetes management, thyroid disease, weight and metabolic health, PCOS, and helping patients navigate complex endocrine conditions with confidence and clarity.

Feona is experienced in diabetes care, including insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) management, and is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. Her philosophy of care is rooted in partnership, evidence-based medicine and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Known for her compassionate and approachable communication style, Feona enjoys helping patients better understand their conditions and celebrating the progress they make throughout their healthcare journey. She believes meaningful care comes from combining clinical expertise with genuine human connection and individualized support.

Outside of work, Feona enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, gardening, exploring new cuisines and hiking outdoors.
