Erica N Proctor, MD

Dr. Erica Proctor is an experienced board-certified, fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist. She has been recognized by her peers as a Top Doc 2014-2021 and was a 40 under 40 Award recipient. She appreciates each opportunity a patient gives her to be part of their health care team. She knows her patients might have anxiety about their appointments and she strives to put those fears at ease as she uses her expertise to help her patients create an educated and well-informed decision in regards to their treatment plan.

Dr. Proctor is committed to providing her patients with compassionate care, using the latest advances in management of benign and malignant breast disease. She enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with other disciplines of medicine through research and in the clinic, helping to advance breast cancer techniques and management which leads to optimal patient outcomes.

Dr. Proctor is dedicated to being culturally sensitive and offering the most up-to-date evidence-based care to each of her patients as they navigate complex surgical treatment decision making. She also collaborates with Northside Hospital’s Cancer Institute to make sure her patients have access to necessary resources to help them through their journey.
