David Clinton Meyer, MD

Dr. David C. Meyer is a board-certified general and colorectal surgeon with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques. He specializes in treating conditions such as colon and rectal cancers, diverticulitis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, complex fistulas, hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse and fecal incontinence.

Dr. Meyer is dedicated to forming strong, supportive relationships with his patients, ensuring they receive patient-centered care tailored to their needs and preferences. He believes in a collaborative approach involving patients and their families to provide the education and support necessary for informed decision-making.

Dr. Meyer chose a career in colon and rectal surgery inspired by his father, a gastroenterologist and his desire to make a significant impact on his patients' quality of life. He appreciates the opportunity to offer curative treatments through a variety of surgical interventions.

Outside of work, Dr. Meyer enjoys playing the cello and guitar, playing sports such as basketball, beach volleyball, surfing, tennis and pickleball. He also has a passion for gardening, cooking and drone photography.
