Crystal Kuhn, CNP

Crystal is a nationally certified nurse practitioner. She joined North Point Pulmonary Associates in March 2019 and sees patients at Northside Hospital Forsyth. She graduated from the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, Al, with her undergraduate degree. She completed her nurse practitioner (NP) training at Walden University, in Minneapolis, Mn, with a Master of Science in Nursing. Crystal has worked in cardiology and critical care since graduating in 2008. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Crystal is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
