Cici Zhang, MD

Dr. Cici Zhang graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. She received her medical degree from University of Indiana and then completed her residency in general surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Zhang went on to complete her colorectal surgery fellowship at Georgia Colon & Rectal Surgical Associates and has recently joined the practice. She treats all colorectal conditions and has special interest in colorectal cancer through minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Zhang is board-certified in general and colorectal surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She understands that each patient has unique family and health circumstances, which means treating the individual optimizes medical and surgical outcomes. She specializes in robotic and laparoscopic surgeries, which help minimize pain and promote faster recovery.
