About the Provider
Dr. Christopher Banerjee is a neurosurgeon at the forefront of research and development. He is trained in the newest technologies and techniques for complex spine surgeries. His special interests include general neurosurgery, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and spinal trauma, neurocritical care and degenerative spine disorders.
Dr. Banerjee has extensive experience in neuro-trauma and neurocritical care, robotic spine surgery, and minimally invasive surgery, including procedures for scoliosis and spinal tumor surgery. “Neurosurgery and spine surgery involve very meticulous and delicate operations on the organ system that is responsible for the essence of our human existence,” he said. “I find it most rewarding to help patients recover their ability to live a fulfilling life and accomplish their goals.”
He and his family live in Northeast Atlanta.
