Carly Fuqua is a board-certified nurse practitioner who believes in patient-centered care, incorporating each patient’s unique values and beliefs into their personal care plan. Driven to make a positive impact, she focuses on treating each patient with respect, compassion and dignity through individualized treatment plans. Carly’s favorite part of her role is building relationships with her patients and their families.

When she's not working, Carly enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and watching college basketball.
