Caitlin Adams, CNP

Caitlin Adams, MSN, NP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care with clinical interests in women’s health, Type 2 diabetes management and preventive medicine. She provides disease prevention and holistic care and has experience managing acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Her background also includes women’s health care, including cervical cancer screenings, annual wellness exams and contraceptive management.

Caitlin believes in providing compassionate, equitable care that promotes healing, dignity, prevention and advocacy. She enjoys partnering with patients to understand their health goals and working alongside them throughout their health journey. Caitlin takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing that health encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with family.
