About the Provider
Dr. Anita Bhandiwad is board-certified in cardiology with nearly 25 years of experience in cardiac imaging and consultative cardiology, with expertise in a broad range of conditions including coronary artery disease, women’s heart disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
Dr. Bhandiwad has trained and worked with national leaders and pioneers in cardiovascular medicine and comes to Northside from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis where she was a full Professor in Medicine and Radiology.
She places highest priority on promoting the doctor-patient relationship and helping patients achieve their goals in health and quality of life.
In her spare time, Dr. Bhandiwad enjoys reading, traveling, playing piano, and spending time with her family.
