Dr. Kirsch, Chief of Pediatric Urology at Emory University School of Medicine and Georgia Urology partner, earned his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center and completed residencies in general surgery and urology at Columbia University. He completed a pediatric urology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is a past president of the Society for Fetal Urology.
An expert in vesicoureteral reflux, Dr. Kirsch developed a widely adopted endoscopic correction technique, trained over 1,000 physicians worldwide, and has published nearly 300 journal articles and book chapters. He specializes in robotic reconstructive surgery and telehealth initiatives.
He holds staff privileges at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he serves as Chief of Urology at Scottish Rite and leads pediatric robotic surgery programs. Recognized in Atlanta Magazine and Best Doctors in America, he represents the top 5% of U.S. physicians.
