Taylor James Harkness, CNP

Taylor Harkness, FNP-C is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, urgent care and LGBTQ+ care.

Taylor believes that if something helps people feel better and is supported by science, it is worth exploring. His philosophy of care centers on the idea that good medicine should not feel like speed dating with a stethoscope. He takes time to listen first, understand the whole person and then provide thoughtful, individualized treatment because health is more than just lab results.

After becoming frustrated with the “next patient, please” approach often found in modern health care, Taylor chose this path to prove that smart, personal care is still possible.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys caring for his farm animals, reading, creating science-backed health content and running.
