Lisa Gabriella McLeod, DO

Lisa McLeod, DO, FACOOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist providing comprehensive women's healthcare across every stage of life, from giving life to changing their life, as she puts it, spanning labor and delivery through menopause management.

Dr. McLeod specializes in VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), bringing a unique perspective shaped by her prior career as an industrial engineer. She applies a mechanical, systems-based approach to obstetrics by using body positioning, stretching, movement and osteopathic manipulation to support delivery, and incorporating mobility work throughout the antepartum period and labor itself. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, she's passionate about patient education and integrating these principles into her care, always leading with clear communication, a calm presence and the safety of mother and baby. She brings that same attentiveness to menopause care, empowering women to navigate the transition with confidence.

Originally from New York, Dr. McLeod has participated in clinical and public health initiatives in Haiti, Ecuador, Ghana and Cuba, and has traveled to more than 40 countries.
